I have been in the fitness and wellness space for 13 years, as a personal trainer and health coach. I have been counting my macros and focusing on my nutrition since I started in the industry. In addition, I also follow a heavy weight lifting program and continue to increase my strength and muscle tone at age 42.
To be honest, in the beginning, it wasn’t easy. I went through 15 years of struggling with yo-yo dieting, binge eating, out-of-control cravings, body image issues, overtraining, and disordered eating and exercise behaviors.
